ONLINE COACHING

Get the results of personal training – wherever you train. Your fully personalised plan is delivered through my coaching app and can be followed at the gym or from home.

Each plan includes progressive workouts tailored to your goals and fitness level, plus a customised nutrition plan with calorie and macro targets. All meal plans feature nutritious, colourful recipes I create and use myself – simple, satisfying, and designed to fuel your body for performance and recovery.

You’ll also receive weekly check-ins, habit tracking, and regular progress reviews to keep you accountable and on track.

Choose from 4, 8, or 12 weeks of expert guidance and structure – perfect for building strength, improving fitness, changing body composition, or navigating perimenopause and menopause.

The Selfbelie studio is located in Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan. I am always happy to come to you and bring all of the equipment we need for your session. Most of my clients are within a 5 mile radius but if you are located further away and you'd prefer, we can train together online.
